Washington D.C.army 250th anniversary parade Army Parade Triggers ‘No Kings’ Protest: Anti-Trump Sentiment Rises

A military parade to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the end of the United States was held in the Washington area yesterday, Saturday, June 14, 2025.
This was led by US President Donald Trump. The parade featured fighterjet aircraft and armored vehicles used in two world wars,
80-year-old bomber aircraft and modern helicopters.

This was the first military parade to be held after returning from the Gulf War in 1991.
This was followed by wildfires and Donald Trump’s 79th birthday party was also celebrated on this day.

At this event, Lee Grond sang “God bless the USA” and Happy birthday Mr. President.

The celebration lasted 3 hours. During the ceremony, Donald Trump said that America is now the hottest country in the world.

Trump opponents also peacefully protested under the banner “No Kings” at this march.
The protest was peaceful and there was no violence.
