3rd FIR registered against RCB team

A person named Velu, who was injured in the stampede, has filed a complaint at the Cubbon Park police station,
In which he said that he came because the RCB team announced that the tickets were free,
And he said that the reason for the stampede was the lack of adequate security facilities at Gate No. 6.
