Must have at least the ability to speak and understand Tamil.
Must be 20 years of age.
Must have completed one year of obtaining a target vehicle driving license.
Must have a minimum physical fitness of 155cm height and 40 kg weight.
Should be free from physical defects, limb mobility impairment and long-term illness.
Eye vision should be std -1 6/6 with or without glasses and should be free from color blindness.
