Counseling for Engineering Courses to Begin Tomorrow, July 7, 2025

The Anna University counseling session for those who wish to study engineering after completing class XII will begin tomorrow, July 7, 2025.

Counseling for a total of 4280 students, including ex-servicemen (1361), government school graduates (7.5%), athletes (2446), and differently-abled (473), will be held tomorrow, July 7 and 8.

TNEA has announced that the general category students will start from July 14 and will be held in three rounds and will end on August 19.

General category students will be admitted in three rounds
First round TNEA rank list 1 to 39145 Engineering students 200 to 179 The first round of counselling will be held from July 14 to July 16, and the results of the counselling will be declared on July 17.

The results of the first round of counselling will be declared on July 19. TFC Khalil will report from July 19 to 23. The students who participated in the counselling will be given allotment letters on July 26.

The second round of counselling will begin on July 26. In this counselling, counselling will be held for students from Engineering students 178 to 143.

25376 students have been selected for the second round of counselling.

The final counselling session will begin on August 7. In this counselling, the counselling session will be held for students with 143% to 77.5% pass in engineering. 101588 students are participating in this counselling session.

This total counselling session will end on August 26. Although it started a little late this year, it will end 2 weeks earlier than last year.
